The rubber-plastic composite material insulation wall self-controlled heat collection and heat dissipation prefabricated new solar greenhouse, which was independently developed and gradually improved by Huamei. after many years of independent research and development, has the following main components:


* Main body: cast-in-place concrete column foundation, truss wall steel structure, high-load and high-corrosion elliptical tube (or J-shaped steel) frame;

* Insulation: rubber-plastic composite anti-aging infrared reflective film wall insulation material, fully waterproof rubber-plastic composite four-season insulation blanket;

* Heat storage: insulation and water storage type self-controlled solar heat collection and heat dissipation system, underground air-soil heat exchange type soil heating system (optional).

1. High structural strength

 

Use underground cast-in-place concrete column foundation (including pre-processed iron), gable adopts frame steel structure, south wall square steel column structure, front arch frame, rear slope frame and north wall arch frame adopt 30*80mm round tube skeleton. The overall structure has the characteristics of high strength, large load, good lighting and long life. Suitable for building solar greenhouses with a span of 8-12m and a ridge height of 4.3-5.6m.

 

2. Good thermal insulation performance

 

The wall innovatively adopts rubber-plastic composite and anti-aging film insulation materials. The insulation material adopts polymer foaming technology, 100%6 closed-cell structure never absorbs water, and its thermal conductivity is 0.032W/(m·K). The thermal insulation performance is 33.3 times that of masonry clay brick wall (1.0W/(m·K)) and 363 times that of machine-made earth wall (1.16VY(m·K)). According to the lowest temperature in different regions, the thickness of the wall insulation material can be selected between 6cm-12cm, which not only significantly improves the thermal insulation performance of the wall, but also greatly improves the land utilization rate. The long-life fully waterproof thermal insulation quilt is used with a thickness of 2-3cm. The thermal insulation performance is significantly better than traditional thermal insulation quilts such as black heart cotton. The waterproof characteristics of the internal and external materials are not affected by rain, snow, condensation and moisture, and the thermal insulation sealing performance is long-lasting and constant. The overall foundation insulation isolates the temperature conduction of the indoor and outdoor soil, so that there is no dead corner for thermal insulation.

 

3. High minimum temperature

 

The temperature of the solar greenhouse is high, and the two necessary conditions are: excellent insulation and sealing performance, and large heat storage capacity. Huamei Wolong's high-efficiency intelligent control assembled solar greenhouse scientifically combines the high insulation of the wall and insulation quilt with the insulation and heat storage type solar energy collection and heat dissipation system and the air-soil heat exchange type soil heating system. It realizes active heating of the soil during the day, efficient solar water heat exchange and insulation and storage, and automatic temperature control at night according to the set temperature. The temperature difference between indoor and outdoor can reach more than 35℃, ensuring the wintering fruit and vegetable planting in the northern region, and the soil temperature in the greenhouse of -30cm is guaranteed to reach 16-21℃.

 

4. Strong disaster resistance

 

The cast-in-place concrete column foundation, high-load bearing steel structure design, and fully waterproof characteristics of insulation materials integrate the strong disaster resistance of Huamei Wolong assembled solar greenhouse.

 

5. Fast construction speed

 

Huamei 's high-efficiency intelligent control prefabricated solar greenhouse uses a hook machine to dig trenches, commercial concrete pouring foundation piles, prefabricated trusses and skeletons are assembled on site, and wall insulation materials and insulation blankets are quickly spliced and installed. Compared with traditional greenhouses, the scientific and efficient construction process of prefabricated greenhouses has greatly shortened the construction time of greenhouses, reduced labor intensity, and improved construction efficiency.

 

6. Low overall cost

 

Compared with traditional greenhouses with brick-concrete or rammed earth walls and black cotton, Huamei Wolong's prefabricated greenhouses use high-tech insulation materials as walls, which not only significantly reduces the cost of the walls, but also greatly reduces the labor consumption due to advanced construction technology, making the overall construction cost lower.

 

7. Good planting benefits
